Data we process

Hosting

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection and server-log data. Infomaniak states that data entrusted to its hosting services is hosted and processed in Switzerland. Further information is available in Infomaniak's Trust Center.

Contact form

When you submit the configurator, we process the details you provide, including name, company, email, phone, current website, project notes and selected configuration, in order to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer.

We use FormSubmit to technically deliver form submissions. The entered data is sent to this external service and forwarded by email to info@lineaweb.ch. See the provider’s privacy information. Depending on the provider’s infrastructure, processing may take place outside Switzerland.

Purpose and retention

Enquiry data is used for communication, project clarification, quotation and, where a contract results, the subsequent business relationship. Data is retained only as long as required for these purposes or legal retention obligations.
